Ops Dashboard — Concept Project
An internal concept for a multi-tenant operations dashboard — built to explore how a small operations team could manage customers, tasks and reporting from a single, role-aware platform.
Défi
Small operations teams often run their day out of a mix of spreadsheets, email threads and a couple of disconnected tools. Nothing is wrong with any single tool — the problem is that no one of them has the full picture, and switching between them costs time every day.
Approche
We modeled the actual operations workflow first — customers, tasks, statuses and who needs to see what — before designing any screen. The goal was a single source of truth that different roles (ops lead, team member, read-only stakeholder) could use without needing training.
Produit
A web-based operations dashboard: a task and customer overview built around role-based permissions, with a reporting view summarizing team activity. Designed to be the one place an operations team checks, instead of five.
