Common questions
I don't have a technical background. Can I still work with AfroSaaS?
Yes. Most of the people we work with aren't developers. You don't need to know what to build or which technology to use — you bring the idea, problem or goal, and we help figure out the right product and the right way to build it.
Do I need a finished specification before I contact you?
No. A rough idea, a business problem, or a goal is enough to start a conversation. Defining what should actually be built is part of our process, not something you need to arrive with.
What if I only have an idea and no existing product?
That's a common starting point. We help validate the idea, define a focused first version (an MVP), and build it so you can launch, test it with real users and improve it from there.
What if I already have a product or an existing business?
We also work with existing products and businesses — adding features, integrations, AI capabilities, or replacing manual processes with software built around how you actually work.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope — a focused MVP takes less time than a full platform. During Discover and Define we agree on a realistic timeline and roadmap before any development starts, so you know what to expect.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity and timeline, which is why we don't publish a fixed price list. Tell us what you're building on the project form and we'll discuss a realistic budget range as part of the conversation.
