What exactly is an MVP, in practice?
The smallest version of your product that lets real users do the core thing your idea is about — not a stripped-down demo, and not the full product either. It should be genuinely usable, just narrow in scope.
How do you decide what to include in the first version?
We start from the problem you're trying to solve and the outcome you need to test, then work backward to the minimum set of features that make that test meaningful. Anything that doesn't serve that gets scoped for later.
